Repairs & Replacements

Our repairs and replacements policy at PLUTOS is designed to provide our customers with the peace of mind that their jewellery will be repaired or replaced in the event of a manufacturing defect. We stand behind the quality of our products and take pride in providing high-quality items to our customers.

At PLUTOS, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy them for years to come. In the event that your PLUTOS jewellery requires repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to assist you.


Repairs:

If your PLUTOS jewellery requires repair due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will repair it at no cost to you. After 6 months, repair costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that repairs due to regular wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents are not covered under this policy.

To initiate a repair, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the repair.


Replacements:

If your PLUTOS jewellery is damaged beyond repair due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you. After 6 months, replacement costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that replacements due to regular wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents are not covered under this policy.

Please note that our repairs and replacements policy applies only to items purchased directly from PLUTOS. Items purchased from authorized PLUTOS retailers are subject to the retailer's own repair and replacement policies.

We reserve the right to deny a return or repair request if we suspect that the item has been intentionally damaged or misused.
